Policy on Deposits

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits paid for services or appointment bookings are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reclaimed under any circumstances, except as outlined in this policy.

2. Notice for Rearrangement:
Clients are permitted to rearrange their appointments or reservations once, provided that a minimum of one week’s notice is given. This notice period allows for rescheduling without losing the deposit.

3. Forfeiture of Deposit:
If a client fails to provide at least one week’s notice for rearranging their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

4. Contact for Rearrangement:
Clients must contact our salon directly via phone on 02921323141 to rearrange their appointments. The notice period is considered effective from the time we acknowledge receipt of the client’s request.

5. Agreement:
By making a deposit, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

This policy ensures clarity and fairness in handling deposits, encouraging clients to plan accordingly while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling system.
